The new program will support safety efforts at:

• Hallandale High School
• Gulfstream Academy K-8
• Lanier James Alternative School

This partnership expands Blue Line Solutions’ growing presence in Florida and reflects Hallandale Beach’s proactive approach to protecting students, families, educators, and motorists in and around schools.

A Data-Driven Approach to School Zone Safety

Automated Speed Enforcement programs are designed to address one of the most dangerous contributing factors in roadway crashes: excessive speed. Research consistently shows that reducing vehicle speed dramatically lowers the risk of serious injury or fatality in pedestrian-involved crashes.

By implementing ASE in active school zones, Hallandale Beach is taking a preventative, technology-supported approach to:

• Reducing dangerous speeding behavior
• Increasing driver accountability
• Improving overall roadway safety during school zone hours
• Advancing long-term Vision Zero safety goals

The ASE system will operate only during designated school zone times and will be clearly marked with signage to ensure transparency and public awareness.
